Whimsical Primitive Paper Angels
Grab your circle punches or dies and make some of these adorable paper angels. Keep them simple or add a dress with some scrapbook paper additions. Use a bead, button or small circle for the head and hang with twine, ribbon or string. These cute whimsical primitive paper angels are also a kid friendly paper craft.
materials
What you’ll need:
Any size circles. 3 of each size. I am using 1 1/2″ scallop punch, a 1″ scallop and a 5/8″ circle punch.
Beading wire and beads
Glue
Twine
Paper punch and stapler (optional)
Follow instructions in video tutorial for best results.
Some extra ideas for adornment:
- glitter, gold or silver metallic along the edges of the circles
- a button for a face instead of a bead
- small beads on the feet
- a bow in front or back
- glitter paper circles instead of a pattern dress
- use your own mixed media paper
You can make an entire set of these angels in no time. Use them to adorn tags, cards and bags or just give as bookmarks.
