What you’ll need:

One sheet 12×12″ scrapbook paper, medium weight or heavier. Double sided, non directional is better.

Scoreboard or scoring tool

Scissors

Glue

Begin by scoring your 12×12″ paper at 6″. Make a quarter turn and score again at 6″. This will give you four equal squares. Starting on the left cut to the center scoreline. Fold and glue as shown in the video.

Choose your preferred style, either cover or book holder. For a book holder glue the pockets as suggested or just tuck your booklet in the front pocket. For a book cover using traditional binding learn tips in the video to strengthen the back cover with a reinforcement, pockets or a flip. Fill and decorate as desired.

This roomy book cover is so easy to make and offers scores of options for filling and decorating. If you like versatile book projects this one is for you. Make a smaller one to use as an insert to tuck inside too.

Happy paper crafting!
